5’7”

Yes, but sometimes I wish I was taller just because when I was little I was told I was going to be mad tall and I started expecting it lol. Lame I know.

Day Three- A picture of your thinsperation. What features do you like about this person?

She’s pretty much perfect. Her size is perfect for her frame, and she still has curves.  And I know she has muscle from all that dancing haha.

Day Four- Your greatest fears about weight loss.

Still having tons of stretch marks, or extra skin. Ew.

Day Five- Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?

For my health.


Day Six- Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do.

Occasionally, but I haven’t in a long time. Probably just out of boredom.


Day Seven- Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care? 

Yes, she thinks it’s good.


Day Eight- Your workout routine.

Well, I either do Insanity videos or run and if I go to the gym I bike/elliptical/row/stair machine

Day Nine- Did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way?

I don’t remember anyone ever saying anything negative about it.
Day Ten- What was the hardest thing you gave up during this “weight loss.”

time - to work out all the time

currently tumblrgym, because they have SO many workouts, everything you could ever need, on top of health tips.


Day Twelve- What do you normally eat?

b-oatmeal or multigrain cheerios 

l-omelet w/ toast and fruit

Day Thirteen- Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?

Day fourteen- What’s your UGW? When you expect to reach it?

Don’t really have a UGW, but if I had to pick a number around 140 with 15-18% body fat. Not sure when…


Day Fifteen- Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?

I’m vegetarian, I’m sure it has since it forces me to eat more healthy foods (expect when I load up on carbs haha)

No, I did have troubles back in high school though but was able to get through it before it completely sucked me in.

carbs, carbs, carbs.

I ate fries from Mcdonalds a few weeks ago, other than that it’s been months.

eating healthy and exercising :)

14/16, Large
Day Twenty-Two- What was your lowest weight? How and why did you gain?

Well, i was 9 lbs when I was born…but my lowest adult weight it my current weight (186)

Couldn’t care less about the media

Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard/seen. They’re called eating disorders and not diets for a reason.

Well, if i’m hungry and it’s healthy I eat it. If it’s crappy I do my best to resist.

No, I kind of think it looks weird.
