I need to cut my drinking down…
last semester it held be back so much in me weight loss (only losing like 10 pounds) I’m no raging alcoholic, just when the weekend comes around and all my friends are going out, it’s so easy to just counteract all the hard work I put into the gym. It really doesn’t help that it takes so much for me to be drunk and I end up drinking like an ocean of liquor. ugh.
