but my knee is starting to bother me. so frustrating.
last semester it held be back so much in me weight loss (only losing like 10 pounds) I’m no raging alcoholic, just when the weekend comes around and all my friends are going out, it’s so easy to just counteract all the hard work I put into the gym. It really doesn’t help that it takes so much for me to be drunk and I end up drinking like an ocean of liquor. ugh.

Now that i’ve started running I kind of want to set a goal for myself and keep track of how much I run.

Totally didn’t think I could do it, but I just kept pushing and guess what? I finished 5 minutes faster than expected.
It’s been so long since I’ve been on here. I guess I just kind of forgot about it and I got a little discouraged when I was stuck at 175 for like 3/4 weeks. But I’m back, and I broke my plateau! 173 lbs!!
