Just a few things that I’ve been doing to lose the weight

  • 1300-1400 NET calories/day
  • I eat 5 or 6 small meals instead of 3 larger ones
  • Workout 45 minutes 5x/week doing any of the following:
    • Bike
    • Elliptical
    • Row machine
    • Run
    • Stair machine
  • Strength train at least 3x/week
  • Drink at least 8 cups of water a day
  • Cut back on cheese/condiments
  • Avoid processed foods
  • Green tea at least once a day
